Justice Definition

The Boundless Immigration Glossary

JUSTICE

Justice means fairness and equal treatment under the law. It includes the right to be treated fairly in legal processes, to have access to the same protections as others, and to have decisions made based on laws, not personal bias. In the U.S., justice is a core principle, meaning that every person, regardless of background or nationality, should have their rights respected and have a fair chance to make their case in matters like immigration, work, and community life.

Boundless – for people who want the expertise of an immigration lawyer, not the price tag.
